I must say he is the BEST doctor I came across …I had the most stubborn acne scars around my chin and had got so many procedures done but couldn’t get rid. He did just one procedure and its all cleared up now. So happy with the results :)) Highly recommend Dr Brace!
Dr. Brace and all staff are warm, empathetic, and very professional people who really care about you as an individual. I recently underwent a partial facelift and entered the process with considerable fear and hesitation. Dr. Brace and his staff answered all of my questions, explained all options and gave me the knowledge I needed to make a well informed decision about my procedure. Their follow-up care has been just as focused as their preoperative sessions, and all questions and concerns were promptly addressed, even on their own personal time. I am having another procedure done next fall and am confident that it will also be a great experience. I am amazed and extremely happy with the results of my facelift and would highly recommend Dr. Brace. Thank you Dr. Brace and Brittany!
I went in yesterday to have lip fillers done, and unfortunately me and lidocaine freezing are not friends. After wiping it off and beginning the procedure we realized I was not numb enough, so Dr. Brace reapplied the numbing cream, gave me an ice pack and moved me to another room so that I could wait for the numbing to work before beginning again. I want to thank Dr. Brace and his staff for going above and beyond to make this as painless as possible and being so kind, I’m loving the results already!
I had open septorhinoplasty completed by Dr. Brace in August 2019, and I had an amazing experience! Dr. Brace is a highly skilled surgeon that is very meticulous, truly cares for his patients, and he has an outstanding bedside manner.
During the initial consultation, I expressed my concerns to Dr. Brace regarding my breathing and physical appearance of my nose. Dr. Brace discussed how he would fix both of these issues and what I can expect from the surgery. 3D imaging software was used during the consultation to show the expected result of surgery, and this was a great resource as it allowed me to see the changes I could expect after surgery.
I felt very at ease on the day of my surgery as all my questions had been answered and Dr. Brace reassured me prior to going into the O.R. Following the surgery, Dr. Brace checked on me several times in the PACU as well as when I was sent back into the Day Surgery unit. When I was back in Day Surgery, I had a couple of nurses tell me that Dr. Brace is a phenomenal surgeon and the work he does is outstanding. I thought this was amazing to hear as it is clear that Dr. Brace has a profound reputation.
Additionally, Dr. Brace really went the extra mile and contacted my family after surgery to let them know how it went and that I was doing well in the recovery room. I thought that was so kind of Dr. Brace to personally contact my family after surgery, and this is just another of many reasons as to why Dr. Brace is an amazing surgeon!
I had a great experience throughout the recovery process, and I am currently 5 months post-op, and I could not be more ecstatic about both the physical appearance of my nose as well as my improved breathing! Deciding to have the surgery with Dr. Brace was the best decision I could have made, and I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff!
Brittany, Dr. Brace’s Patient Coordinator, has been amazing from Day 1 as she organized all the details for my surgery, answered any questions I had throughout my recovery and she worked with me to ensure I had all my follow-up appointments set up. Brittany is truly wonderful and Guelph Facial Plastics is lucky to have her! Additionally, Kate, Dr. Brace’s administrative assistant, was extremely helpful as she worked with me to set up my pre-op appointment for a time that worked best for my schedule.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience with having septorhinoplasty done by Dr. Brace! I urge anyone to meet with Dr. Brace if they are considering any surgical or non-surgical procedure as he is truly an excellent surgeon, has extensive knowledge and an amazing bedside manner!
I’ve been getting Botox for about 10 years now. The past few years every treatment seemed to come with the acceptance on my part of slightly droopy lids, or kind of uneven brows or some subtle but disappointing result of some sort…likely only noticeable to me, but disappointing nonetheless.
However, Dr. Brace made me feel like I had Botox for the first time ever all over again! I’m really pleased with the results and couldn’t be happier. I’m so grateful to feel like I’m finally in good hands again! Yay! I am eager to continue with him as my doctor for all things face related!

I had an excellent experience having eyelid surgery with Dr. Brace. Before the procedure, he answered all my questions in detail. During the actual upper and lower blepharoplasty, I felt calm because of his expertise and explanation of what he was doing at each step. Ultimately, I am very happy with the excellent results and know that my eyes are brighter and more youthful. Brittany, his assistant, was also very informative and encouraging. I am planning to return to Guelph Facial Plastics for C02 laser resurfacing.
