This 55 year old gentleman has suffered with type 3 rosacea (rhinophyma) causing oil gland overgrowth in his nasal skin. Dr. Brace used CO2 laser to excise the redundant tissue and reshape the nose. He is seen 8 months later with a restored nasal contour. Rosacea is a chronic disease of the skin and long term management with topical and oral medication, as well as pulsed dye laser is often required.
