This gentleman presented with type 4 rosacea, also known as rhinophyma. Dr. Brace used a combination of CO2 to re-contour and smooth out the nasal skin and pulse dye laser to treat the redness after CO2 laser. Pulse dye laser can be used moving forward to keep the rosacea controlled preventing the reformation of the inflamed and enlarged oil glands.
