This simple procedure rejuvenates the whole face by making the eyes appear bright and open. Often an upper brow lift is combined with an upper blepharoplasty to further lift and rejuvenate the upper third of the face, but a blepharoplasty as a stand alone procedure is very powerful on its own without any potential for a surprised or shocked appearance.
