This lovely 59 year old woman was bothered by the laxity of the lower eyelid skin and heaviness of the upper eyelids. Dr. Brace performed a skin pinch upper blepharoplasty and a lower lid skin muscle flap blepharoplasty with a canthopexy to rejuvenate her eyes to obtain a natural and age appropriate result.
