Another beautiful result of a blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Brace. This lovely patient presented to us for assessment and management of her upper & lower eyelids. After a thorough discussion, Dr. Brace felt that she would be a great candidate for an upper skin pinch blepharoplasty with lower lid CO2 laser resurfacing. This type of procedure utilizes an incision in the upper eyelid crease to remove excess skin, and at times fat, to refresh the appearance of the eyelids. It can be performed in-office without the use of general anesthesia. She is shown here 4 months out and you can see how this combination of procedures brightened and refreshed her eyes!
