This gentleman presented to us for assessment and management of his lower eyelids. He had congenital lower lid bags that he wanted to address. Dr. Brace felt that he would be a great candidate for a lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat transposition. You can see how this combination of procedures brightened and refreshed his eyes!
