Another beautiful result of an upper eyelid blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Brace. This lovely patient presented to us for assessment and management of her upper eyelids which she felt were too heavy and aged her face. After a thorough discussion, Dr. Brace felt that she would be a great candidate for an upper skin pinch blepharoplasty. This type of procedure utilizes an incision in the upper eyelid crease to remove excess skin, and at times fat, to refresh the appearance of the eyelids. It can be performed in-office without the use of general anesthesia. She is shown here 3 months out and you can see how bright and refreshed her eyes are!
