This beautiful 60 year old woman was bothered by her under eye hollows and fat bags as well as her upper eye lid excess skin. Dr. Brace performed an incision less (hidden inside the eye) lower lid blepharoplasty with the eye fat transplanted into the tear troughs and cheek to volumize the hollows and smooth out the eyelid contour. An upper eyelid skin pinch blepharoplasty was also performed to brighten the eyes. Results are shown 3 months after surgery.
