Here is another example of a natural blepharoplasty result! This lovely patient presented to us for assessment and management of her upper eyelids. She felt that her upper lids were very heavy with skin sitting on her lashes. After a thorough discussion, Dr. Brace felt that she would be a great candidate for an upper skin pinch blepharoplasty to remove the heaviness and bring back her natural brightness. Here she is shown 3 months out and looking fantastic!
