Here is another example of an upper eyelid blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Brace. This lovely patient presented to us with concerns of heavy eyelids and here she is, shown 6 months post procedure looking refreshed, natural and very happy with her results! This type of procedure utilizes an incision in the upper eyelid crease to remove excess skin, and at times fat, to refresh the appearance of the eyelids. It is often referred to as a skin pinch blepharoplasty. It can be performed in-office without the use of general anesthesia.
