This lovely 73 year old lady underwent bilateral temporal brow lifts, upper lid blepharoplasty, and transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty. The lower lid blepharoplasty incision was made on the inside of her eyelid and the ‘fat bags’ (orbital fat pads) were relocated into the tear trough deformity to soften and fill the shadows naturally. The eyelids were tightened with a canthopexy suture and a small amount of skin was excised using a pinch excision technique. Here she is 3 months later, looking fantastic with natural and age appropriate but rejuvenated eyelids.
