This lovely 55 year old woman was starting to feel like her upper eyelid skin was too heavy and aging her face. She underwent an in office upper skin pinch blepharoplasty under local anesthesia. She is seen at 1 month and 4 months post procedure with beautiful results and a nicely fading scar.
