This beautiful 37 year old woman was bothered by her under eye bags and shadows. Dr. Brace performed a transconjunctival blepharoplasty to move the fat into the cheek. This beautifully filled the hollows near the nose and smoothed out the transition from eyelid to cheek. Fat grafting was also performed to add volume to soften the remaining transition of the cheek to eyelid. Fat contains a high concentration of stem sells and these will become new fibroblasts, blood vessels and other structures that will add to the health and rejuvenation of the skin around her lower lids. Results are shown 5 months after surgery well healed with no visible scars.
