This lovely 60-year-old presented for assessment and management of her aging face concerns. She had a brow lift blepharoplasty over a decade ago but felt her face and neck were aging and wanted to rejuvenate things. Dr. Brace felt the best option for facial rejuvenation would be a deep plane face and neck lift and submentoplasty with a temporal brow lift bilaterally, a right upper lid fat transfer and a skin pinch blepharoplasty on the left. She was also treated in office several months later with our CO2 laser for lip lines. She is shown here 1 year post-surgery and two months post CO2 looking refreshed, brighter, and more youthful.
