What a stunning transformation. This 55-year-old beautiful woman is 2 years out from a deep plane face and neck lift. The change in contour of her neck and jawline is not only holding up to time but it is making her age in reverse. Note the redness in her skin. This is a rare benign skin condition called poikiloderma of Civatte. This is treatable with pulsed dye laser and IPL but she is not bothered as she has had it her whole life.
