This before & after is brought to you by this lovely patient who had been using lip filler to achieve a fuller looking lip. She was bothered by the elongated appearance of her lip and wanted a different solution. This phenomenon of ‘filler fatigue’ is common after years of injectables when the natural balance of the face gets disturbed. Dr. Brace dissolved the filler in the upper lip and performed a modified upper lip lift. Pulse dye laser was then used on the lip scar one month after the procedure to fade the redness and flatten the scar. The results shown here are six months post procedure.
