This lovely patient of ours presented to us for management of her anterior neck, jawline & under eyes. After unsuccessfully trying radio frequency skin tightening, she was interested in a definitive way to address her loose neck and jawline. Dr. Brace performed a deep plane facelift and neck lift with submentoplasty and a lower lid/ mid face fat grafting. Here she is shown here 3 months post surgery looking fantastic!
