Dr. Brace was thrilled to see this beautiful 70 year old woman at her 3 month check up after a deep plane face and neck lift with contouring of the parotid and submandibular glands. She is looking fantastic and is fooling everyone at the gym that she is in her late 40’s! As we age the submandibular glands can become larger and more droopy and cause blunting of the neck line. Similarly, the tail of the parotid gland under the ear can obscure the jawline as it enlarges and droops. By conservatively contouring these structures Dr. Brace can create beautiful neck and jawline definition.
