This young lady was bothered by the prominence of her left ear helical rim cartilage. A modified otoplasty was performed to reshape the helical rim and smooth out the transition of the superior helix to descending helix. Here at 8 months out her scar is healing great and she is happy and more confident with her new ear shape.
