This patient presented to us for assessment and management of a nasal scar that had happened at least 16 years ago in an accident. It was closed in a straight line and resulted in an obvious linear scar with tension lines from the glabella to the rhinion.
Dr. Brace successfully performed a cosmetic scar revision with a W-plasty significantly decreasing the height and width of the scar.
