This lovely lady developed a rare complication after upper blepharoplasty where medial canthal webbing formed on the inner aspect of her upper eyelid skin and extended down toward her lower lid. This forms from contracture of the scar which pulls the skin up, creating a ridge. Dr. Brace corrected this with a z-plasty scar revision for both lids and she is seen 5 months later with flattened and corrected eyelids.
