This lovely patient came to us with specific concerns of an over projected bump on her nose as well as a hanging columella (the tissue and cartilage that separate the two nostrils on the underside of the nose.) Following an open approach rhinoplasty, her profile is now softer and more balanced. The final tip shape will take another 6 months to settle but she is already halfway there and looking fantastic!
