This 33 year old had undergone 2 previous nasal surgeries elsewhere. She presented with a septal perforation and nasal obstruction from over resection of her cartilages. Dr. Brace performed a revision septorhinoplasty to lower the bridge, support the ala (nostrils), deproject the tip, and patch the perforation using rib cartilage and rectus fascia. She is seen here 6 months out with a beautiful and functional nose.
