This lovely lady presented with a classic tension nose deformity leading to external valve collapse. She underwent an external approach septorhinoplasty with ear cartilage to osteotomize the nasal spine, deproject her nose, straighten her septum and address her nasal valve collapse. She is seen 6 months out healing beautifully with a functional straight nose and better quality of life.
