Dr. Brace had the pleasure of seeing this lovely patient who was seeking a little more balance to her face and correction of a dorsal hump along with an over projected and hanging columella (the tip of the nose.) Following an open approach rhinoplasty and chin implant, her profile is softer and more balanced. Dr. Brace was also able to correct her deviated septum and improve her nasal breathing as well. A beautiful and natural result!
