This lovely patient of Dr. Brace is shown two years post op from a deep plane lower facelift and one year out from an external approach rhinoplasty to lift and slightly narrow the tip of the nose, correct the right sided mid vault collapse, and conservatively lower the profile. She also underwent a small buccal fat reduction through an internal cheek incision.
She is seen here with a beautiful, soft and natural result that has restored cheek volume, sharpened her amazing jawline, and restored a delicate look to her nose.
