Dr. Brace had the pleasure of seeing this patient who had previously had an endonasal rhinoplasty 12 years ago with 2 revisions but had a persistent pollybeak deformity.
An open-approach revision rhinoplasty was performed to address this concern. She is shown here 6 months later looking beautiful and very pleased with the results.
