Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 216708
This lovely young lady desired a smaller nose with an upturned stylized tip. She underwent an open septorhinoplasty with Dr. Brace and is seen here 14 months after surgery with a near perfect match to her preoperative imaging where she outlined her desired nasal shape. Dr. Brace uses 3D imaging during rhinoplasty consultation to gather patient goals and to guide patients towards realistic and functional nasal shapes that fit their face. Using the imaging created in consultation, Dr. Brace has a roadmap for the desired appearance of each patient’s nose which is displayed in the OR to ensure as close a match as possible. While many principles of rhinoplasty are constant, Dr. Brace likes to ensure an individualized plan for each patient so that there are no surprises and ideally, every patient loves their new nose. While there are some factors impossible to control in rhinoplasty and the final outcome, this approach yields a low revision rate and very happy rhinoplasty patients.
