This young woman wanted to change the dorsal convexity of her nose so that the ‘bump’ was gone. Using a scarless approach, Dr. Brace removed the bone and cartilage creating the ‘bump’ and delicately fractured the nasal bones inward to narrow the bridge to refine her nose into an elegant and beautifully natural shape. She is seen here 3 months after surgery. We are so thrilled for her and thankful for her letting us share her photos.
