This beautiful 33-year-old woman felt her tip was wide, her mid vault was pinched and nose stuck out too far (over projected) and moved too much with laughing and smiling. She is seen 1 year after an open septorhinoplasty with Dr. Brace to reduce the bump, set back the tip, and open the internal nasal valve. She is looking great and breathing great and we are always grateful when patients let us show their photos.
