This beautiful 28-year-old woman was bothered by the shape of her bridge and the crookedness of her nose. She is seen 3 months into healing after Dr. Brace performed a closed septorhinoplasty to straighten her nose, reduce the bump and refine and rotate the tip. Note the absence of any visible scar from the closed (endonasal) approach but the straighter more refined and delicate appearance. Dr. Brace performs both open and closed rhinoplasties depending on the patient needs. The advantage of a closed approach is reduced swelling and faster healing.
